My name is Susivic P. Tanada, 34 years old, married and a mother of one cute 5-yrs old girl. I've been a call center agent since 2005. Due to the diversified schedule that varies almost every week, it compromises my health and makes me more prone to different sicknesses.
I gave birth on Sept. 1, 2003 and had my gallbladder removed on Oct. 26, 2003. I was discharged from the hospital 3 days after the operation. I had my weekly check-ups until one day, the doctor told me that there were some gallstones left in the hepatic duct which caused the clogging of bile to excrete waste out of my body. The doctor needed to create a hole on my tummy to insert the t-tube for the bile to flow out or else I will be poisoned to death.
Every time I ate, I would eventually vomit it out. It was very hard for me that's why I went to different hospitals in Metro Manila and they gave me different options to remove the clogged gallstones on my hepatic duct. And yet they gave me slim chances to have all these options to be successful.
Since then I can hardly carry my child in my arms because of the pain that lingers my mind. I have thoughts that I will never see my child growing and can't even spend Christmas with my family.
I was ready to die, and thus has prepared myself mentally, physically and spiritually. As I was praying for my health, a Sunday School teacher of mine named Melita Uy handed me a clipping from a newspaper. It was an article by Maricel Laxa Pangilinan about the Recipe for a Gallstone Flush. The recipe were all herbal-based and I didn't see any harm in trying it.
On 19th of December, 2003 I never hesitated to try the herbal-based Gallstone Flush. Amazingly, after 3 days I flushed out several stones of different sizes and colors (black, yellow and dark green). I felt relieved because that was the first time I experience to lose bowel since I was discharged from the hospital.
In January 2004, another Sunday School teacher of mine referred a surgeon in a certain hospital who specializes in Hepatobiliary Surgery. I came to see that doctor to make sure that all the clogged gallstones were gone.
The doctor asked me what are the medicines that I was taking. I told him that I was not taking medicines anymore since I was discharged from the hospital except for the gallstone flush recipe I took. He locked the t-tube on my tummy for 5 minutes and asked me if it's painful. I said, "no, it's not painful". Another 15 minutes he asked me again if it's painful. Again I said, "not painful, doc". At that instance, I was full of joy in my heart because that's a BIG sign for me that I will get BETTER. Before, if the t-tube is locked in less than one minute I will cry in excruciating pain.
While my heart was jumping with joy, the doctor can hardly believe that I was not feeling any pain when he locked the t-tube. So, he advised me to observe it in 24 hours. If no sign of pain, then I have to observe it for another 2 days. If pain did not bother me in 2 days, then I have to see him in 2 weeks to remove the t-tube in my tummy. The only word that best described my happiness was "WOW".
On the 2nd week, I came to see the doctor again believing that I would be going back home without the t-tube. I can never forget the last PAIN that I ever experienced when I was saying goodbye to my t-tube. To make sure that no stones left in the hepatic duct, the surgeon inserted a 1 foot-tube cam on my tummy. There was no anesthesia, and that was the most PAINFUL part. More painful than giving birth. The surgeon has inserted it IN and OUT several times. But after that, he assured me that NO STONES found in the hepatic duct. And that was the sweetest thing I've heard from the doctor.
I thanked God for this LIFE he gave me. He gave me MORE than I asked of HIM. I only asked him to extend my LIFE, but He regained my HEALTH for me to live LIFE to the FULLEST.
Indeed HEALTH is my only WEALTH.
That was taken last Summer of 2008.
